The New Year

2020 was tough for everyone. Personally, I think 2020 went okay for me depending on how you look at it. I started my e-commerce journey back in September and now it’s growing faster than it ever has before. I’m constantly looking for new ideas to implement into my business to keep it speeding along and beating new highs every week. The past year really tested my own ability of how I was going to create a new plan with my career and journey as I graduated college and looked into moving out of my home state. Thankfully I found what I was looking for along with the help of my close friends and family, and I’ve never been more excited for the journey that is to come.

With e-commerce, you never know what’s going to happen. Something can change at the drop of a hat and it can be completely out of your control. At the beginning of my journey I felt a rush a barriers up against me and I couldn’t do anything about them — except try to figure out the problem and keep the business moving. Thankfully, just like anything else, e-comm is a skill that grows stronger the more experience you have in it. I’m so much better off than I was 3 months ago, or even last month. This month I have already doubled my highest ever revenue from last month. The e-comm space is really promising if you delve into what can make your store better everyday. I personally am looking to take my store to the highest place possible. I want to do this because I know I have a skill that not everyone has — I can get random strangers to enjoy the store, products and experience that I have curated enough in order to get them to fork over their hard-earned cash. Not everyone can do this. Some people can do it way better than me. It’s not about the money for me at all. But I am really passionate about my store and I want to continue doing this as long as possible. As I continue to grow my business and learn everyday, I know I can take the store to the moon.
